Functional Nutrition Consultation
You complete a detailed questionnaire about your health status, lifestyle, food diary and medical history. This information will give me a better insight into your current health and allow me to establish potential imbalances, inflammation and triggers, that may negatively impacting your wellbeing.
This would include:
1 day of my time, to create a personal plan, based on your specific needs, and help to get you feeling your best again. My approach focusses on real, whole foods while removing or reducing inflammatory foods that can interfere with optimal digestion, energy levels and vitality.
1 x 60 minute Functional Nutrition Consultation call - This is where we chat through my recommendations and action plan. We will discuss which foods may be contributing to your ailments, suggest foods that may help to alleviate your symptoms. A copy of the the action plan and supporting resources will be sent to you.
1 x 30 minute progress call, roughly 2 weeks after the initial consultation. We make any necessary adjustments and additions and ensure you feel supported and on the right track.
After the follow up call you can either carry on working with me by purchasing additional follow up calls or we finish as you have the tools you need to continue your health journey.
