Crab and mayonnaise on toast

Sometimes when the sun is shining, you want something that’s quick and easy to throw together and eat in in the sunshine. Crab is a fantastic source of Omega 3 which can help reduce inflammation.

Crab mayonnaise on toast


Ingredients

  • 100g tub of 50/50 crab meat

  • 1-2 tbsp 100% olive oil mayonnaise

  • 1/2 lemon juice only

  • ground black pepper to season

  • handful of watercress


Add a nice thick layer of mayonnaise to your preferred toast.

Top with the crab meat

Squirt over the lemon juice

Season with coarse ground black pepper

Top with watercress
